Spooky Granola

Ingredients
  

  • Dry Ingredients:
  • 3 cups oats
  • ½ cup cacao powder
  • ½ cup coconut flakes
  • ½ cups mini chocolate chips
  • ¾ cups nuts of your choice we prefer walnuts for this recipe
  • ¼ cup pumpkin seeds
  • 3 tbsp activated charcoal
  • ¼ cup dried cranberries optional
  • Wet Ingredients:
  • ½ cup agave
  • ¼ cup coconut oil
  • 3 tbsp tahini
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 250F (125C).
  • Mix the dry and wet ingredients in separate bowls (except for mini choco chips).
  • Combine everything and mix well.
  • Lay flat on a baking dish and place inside the oven.
  • Check and mix every 15mins to avoid burning. Depending on the size of the oven and the baking dish, it might take more or less than 100mins. You’ll know it’s ready when the oats start to brown and you get your desired crispiness.
  • Take out from the oven, mix in the mini choco chips and let it cool.
  • Break it apart depending on your desired size and enjoy!
